Syzed is operated by the Syzed team ("we"). By using Syzed, you accept these terms. If you don't, don't use it.
Syzed is a software interface to Hyperliquid, a decentralized exchange for perpetual futures. It helps you apply your own risk management: you set your risk per trade, your stop and your target, and Syzed computes a position size and a leverage, then sends your orders to Hyperliquid.
Trading perpetual futures is high risk. Leverage, fast markets and slippage can make you lose more than your planned risk, up to all the funds you trade with. Amounts shown in Syzed are estimates. Syzed is a non-custodial interface to Hyperliquid: it doesn't hold your funds, give financial advice or guarantee any result. You trade at your own risk.
Syzed doesn't give financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and doesn't recommend any trade. You decide what you trade, how much you risk, and whether trading is suitable for you.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to trade perpetual futures where you live. Syzed is not available to residents of, or people located in, the United States, the United Kingdom, Ontario, Belgium, countries under international sanctions, or anywhere its use would be unlawful. You must not use a VPN or other means to get around this.
Syzed charges 0.03% of the value of each order it sends, collected by Hyperliquid through its builder code system, on top of Hyperliquid's own fees. You approve this fee with your wallet before your first trade. We may change it with notice in the app; a higher fee always needs a new approval from you.
Syzed is provided "as is", without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading loss, missed trade, liquidation, error in an estimate, or any indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to Syzed in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of the place where the operator is established.
